You should have an automated copy of your order in your e-mail box.
Was your email address typed correctly?
You may have incorrectly entered your email address in the details page(?), making it impossible for us to send your confirmation by email.
Final manual confirmation of your order will be processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, Western Australian time (GMT + 8:00).
Your order will usually be processed within a couple of hours, but if your order was made outside of our local business hours you will not receive confirmation until we process the order during the next working day.

No. All prices exclude delivery charges. Please go to our delivery section below for more information on charges. During the ordering stage you will be asked in the Checkout section where delivery should be made to. This will be added to your total Purchase amount as a guide. Final Delivery charges will be in our manual Confirmation of your order [ In some cases this item will required to be calculated manually - ie International or other variations like weight or insurance ].
NOTE: If the cost is higher than you expected (originally given) and you do not want to proceed with the order you will be given the option to withdraw your order !

At present our online shopping cart/e-commerce system only accepts credit card payment through our secure credit card form - alternatively you may order by Phone or Fax using your Credit Card

However, if you prefer not to send your credit card details across the Internet you may print out the manual Order Form, complete the details and fax them to us. You may also telephone the shop directly.

We deliver to most areas throughout Australia.
Freight Charges for International Orders are calculated manually and our confirmation e-mail will state the shipping fee.

Generally delivery charges are as follows:

• Western Australia - AU$ 10.50 (inc GST)
  
• Interstate (all other states) - AU$ 17.00 (inc GST)
  
• International - min AU$ 17.00 (final fee calculated & confirmed before shipping)
